Payment and Cancellation Policy

Payments must be made in full at the time of booking via Credit Card (Stripe).
Pricing includes local tourist taxes.
2.Cancellation Policy:
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 5 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 and 4 days before the check-in date will receive a 50% refund.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 2 days before check-in are non-refundable.
3.No-Show Policy:
Guests who fail to arrive on the check-in date will forfeit their booking without a refund.
4.Cleaning Fees: Any cleaning fees paid as part of your booking will always be refunded.
5. Extenuating Circumstances: For emergencies or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, flight cancellations, or natural disasters), we may offer a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis (eg if we are able to rebook the cancelled dates) Documentation may be required.
6. Modifications: If you need to modify your booking dates, we will do our best to accommodate your request without penalty, subject to availability.
