Thank you for the stay at your lovely chalet. We are a family of four from Iceland taking an alpine trip around Italy, Switzerland and Austria. Vitznau will live in our memories. We took the cogwheel train up to Mount Rigi and the view was spectacular.

What a dreamy stay it was! We stayed with joy. Each of us liked the region and the chalet. Autumn was fantastic here, showing us every possibility: foggy, rainy and sunny. The chalet was the best. We listened to the noise of rain every night. We found every need of ours in the chalet. It was well thought. We wish to come again.

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Everything we could need was provided for. The available backpacks were so handy for mountainside picnics and the heated floors were a lovely way to end our day in the snow. We had a fantastic few days and loved how this place is tucked away from all the other busy tourist places. We plan on telling everyone we know how cosy and accommodating Chalet Oz was.

Chalet Oz is truly a small, wonderful gem where you can retreat comfortably. We let ourselves relax and admired the lake view. We had originally intended to spend a winter holiday, but the weather brought more snow to Rigi after all. On the winter hiking trails we enjoyed the views in glorious weather.

We are so grateful to have found your chalet for our stay in Lucerne. Thank you for the warm welcome in your yard; we loved meeting all of you including Ossi. Everything was wonderful here in the cabin. We had a wonderful time exploring Mt Rigi, the local restaurants and walking around Lucerne. Coming here felt surreal with the magical lake and mountains.

Holiday in a wonderfully beautiful place in a lovingly designed house. More relaxation is hardly possible! Karen and Philipp took good care of us. Always a friendly smile, a question about our wellbeing and whether everything was in order. Nothing is missing in the house, everything is coherent and made with taste and heart. We felt very comfortable and are grateful for the time here.

This village of Vitznau is a little gem nestled between lakes and mountains. This little Chalet Oz is so cute and comfortable. We felt at ease immediately and Karen is a lovely hostess. We had a wonderful stay, discovered an amazing region and hope to return soon.

We had three great days and felt comfortable from the first moment. The chalet is arranged with many small details so you immediately feel at home. As a family we especially enjoyed the Trottinett trip; after a day at the lake or a hike it was wonderful to return. The beds were very comfortable, we explored the area and enjoyed excursions with our Rigi train tickets. Thank you for the wonderful place and the support, especially the quick replies.

We really enjoyed our stay in your wonderful chalet. The interior is beautiful, your hospitality and quick responses were greatly appreciated and the fresh plums from the garden were absolutely delicious. Our kids also enjoyed the stay!

Thanks for giving us a good stay here. We can see the good view even just standing inside the house. Thanks for preparing some snacks for us, they are very delicious! The air conditioner is the most surprising part. Because of this, we had a cool trip here. We reached Mt Rigi today, what a beautiful country! We all think that if we didn't decide to visit here, we'll regret forever! The room is very nice, gives us enough space to rest, the big fridge and funny games. Living here is just like a sweet dream. Thank you for giving us this house to stay, if we have chance, we'll be back to see you one day!

What a dream we've had these past few days! The chalet is more than perfect; it's warm, cosy and "gezellig", as we say in Dutch. The lake is within walking distance, so we regularly went for a dip. Mt Rigi for a hike was a real adventure, and the marble runs at Seebodenalp were a real surprise. The fun we had with our kids (7, 5 and 2)! Thank you for your warm welcome and we hope to come back again!

The chalet was wonderful! It was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. Karen was exceptional - we had an issue with our flight and she let us extend our stay which was extremely helpful! Would love to go back some day!
